PHW Health
All the materials you need to test out of PHW/Health can be found below. Make sure you review the syllabus, final exam review, Reproductive Health permission slip and diagrams.
The Reproductive Health Permission Slip must be signed by your parent/guardian. Ignore the date that is posted on the letter; just bring the letter with you when you test out.
There also is the PHW/Health Final Exam Review that you can use to prepare for the test. You will need to be able to label the male and female diagrams. Make sure you are able to correctly fill in the blanks on each diagram.

PHW PE (Physical Education)
- Student must possess a current/valid CPR, First Aid, and AED card obtained through the American Red Cross and on file through the American Red Cross. Students must bring their original card/cards with certification on day of exam. Cards will be checked through the Red Cross prior to taking the written exam, and must be submitted at least 2 days prior to taking the written portion of the exam.
- Student must pass the written exam with a minimum score of 80% proficiency.
- If the above two criteria are met, the student will take a practical skills application exam to be administered at a date set after the written portion of the exam is completed and graded (sometime within a week of the written portion). The practical skills portion will take approximately 4-5 hours to complete. Student should come dressed and ready for physical activities such as sport related activities, swimming, running, and be ready for vigorous activity. It is recommended that students bring several changes of clothing, swim trunks, towel, tennis shoes, extra socks and plenty of water and snacks.
